Standard Event Sourcing
Indicative lead time: 6–8 weeks
For events where wines can be secured from available producer stock and allocations. We work directly with our winery partners in Greece to confirm availability, secure the required quantities and prepare your selected wines specifically for your event.
Premium & Bespoke Event Sourcing
Indicative lead time: 10–12+ weeks
For larger events, premium selections, limited-production wines or requirements involving specific producers and allocations. The additional lead time provides greater flexibility to secure particular wines, quantities and more specialised selections from our winery partners throughout Greece.

Trade & Licensing Requirements
Oinos Hellas Imports is a wholesale importer and distributor of Greek wines. We work with event professionals and appropriately licensed hospitality businesses.
Purchasers must hold the appropriate liquor licence required within their Australian state or territory where applicable.
We do not sell directly to consumers or supply private wedding clients directly.
Special-Order Event Wines
Where wines are sourced or imported specifically for an event, a 75% deposit is required to confirm the order and secure the allocation.
The remaining 25% balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date and before the wines are dispatched for final delivery.
Wines sourced specifically for events may be subject to minimum order quantities. These requirements will be discussed as part of your tailored event wine proposal.
Full ordering, cancellation and payment terms are provided with each event wine proposal.
